Pass interference AND helmet to helmet on that third down incompletion should have put the Browns in field goal range.

It must be nice to be above the rules.

How is it BS when they clearly broke the rules?

Their defender clearly ran into the receiver while the ball was in the air and clearly hit him helmet-to-helmet, and that’s not even debatable.
