....Or we have bad players who don’t play their responsibilities. Simple things like contain and gap integrity isn’t about leaders it’s about knowing your job and performing, we have done a poor job getting guys in who can do these things. Hell we paid one of them (Dre) a lot of money to not understand how to play his role.

Being the guy to relay the play does not make someone a leader.

And as a general note, it's frowned upon to do it from the secondary, as it generally requires the front seven to be turned away from the line to receive the call in no huddle situations.
