Screw it I'll buy, interestingly enough we've had 20 each of the last 2 years. Make it a solid 21.

Sell - I think he'll get his 5 like the last 2 years and the D will probably have 3 or 4

In retrospect I think I made my first one too easy so:

Buy- if he stays healthy, I think we use him the way he's supposed to be used, up the seams, and I think we definitely use him to create mismatches in the red zone.

Buy or sell- Hill has 1,300 yards and 10 or more TDs.

Buy. If it's all purpose yards that's an easy buy. Hill had 1,124 rushing yards and 9 TDs and didn't start until week 9. The only way I don't see this happening is if there was an injury.

The defense will only give up on average 20 or less points per game (note: last year they only gave up 21.5 points per game, and in 2013 only 19.5 points per game)

Buy. I believe the defense has legitimately improved since last year (even if we only have Burfict for half a year).

We'll hold the Raiders to under 250 total yards of offense (rushing and passing).
