We are all pretty confident that the rumored assistant coaches not currently employed are probably ready to sign as soon as ZT is named HC.
Why hasn't Washington or Oakland started looking for replacements at QBC and OLC? If the rumors are true, you'd think they'd want to get on with it and settle their coaching staffs.
I wouldn't think they'd be patiently waiting for the Bengals. Washington has no reason not to announce Callahan won't be back.
Just a thought to keep an eye on in the next couple days (after a 2nd interview maybe). If Washington or Oakland (or even Philly with Press) start making moves at those coaching positions, then you can start inking these rumored assistant coaches in.
