Honestly, the average fan can't really evaluate position coaches.

Look at Pollack here. He had a bunch of Pro Bowl lineman on Dallas and had a great line so people expected him to vastly improve our line here. They may have gotten a little better...but we also added 2 new lineman in Glenn and Price.

Not saying Pollack was bad or good, just that it's really hard to evaluate the cause of things.
