Been growing them a couple years, but haven't found a way of cooking them that the wife likes. Anyone got a "can't miss" recipe?
I got into growing them since I enjoy gardening, but wanted a crop of something that looked nice and I would not have to work with much. Found these guys being very invasive and when I harvested them, I could have sworn I dug them all out of the ground. Come last spring they came back thick as ever a better yield.
Very healthy, great for gut health, and have a fantastic ratio of "calories per acre," if you're into such things. Super easy to grow, just water on occasion and step them over once the flowers bloom to divert the energy to the root.
