Quick question........play ends on the Cincy 22yd line. Personal foul on the Bengals. They do half the distance and Buffalo gets the ball at the 22. Why isnt it 15 yards Buffalo ball on the 7? I thought they only did half the distance if there wasn’t enough yards to mark off. For example inside the 10 on a 15yd penalty. Is this a rule change or have I just forgot basic football rules? Lol
