I hate our OFFENSE. Not sure why everyone bashes our D more than our Offense.

We just don't have enough picks to fix this in 1 year. We are a long ways away from seeing competitive football in Cincinnati.

And why no one makes the QB pay for deciding to run so much just baffles me.

Lack of talent across the board. 

We should have went to free agency and taken more risks. We didn't. Paying for it now. 
I have yet to be impressed with a draft pick in years.
