Every team hires those guys. Baltimore built super bowl runs around a couple. Steelers, too.

The difference is: they're savvy and attractive enough to get those malcontents at affordable prices, and they've got an organization willing to babysit them.

There's some amazing athletes who are outside acceptable. A few organizations are just better at handling them.
