Depends. They go for FAs who don't command a lot of $$. I'd bet it would take at least $8 mill a year for Collins to come to Cincinnati.
I think it will cost a lot for Littleton too but at least he's 5 years younger than Collins.
If this team is all about bringing in younger FAs like Hart and Brown, Littleton makes more sense than Collins.

I'd be perfectly fine with Trey Adams if they already had Williams and Conklin.
At that point, you wouldn't 100% need Adams to start because you'd already have those guys in place.
