They need to go back and do the thing they should have done last offseason. Hire Eric Bieniemy to be the Head Coach.

Then hope he fills the coaching jobs with competent people rather than just his buddies who have never done the job before.

Is Gruden better than the crud we've had these past couple seasons ? Yes

But he doesn't scream top shelf gotta have him NFL HC, front office type, or even OC to me in any way. I still prefer staying away from any past Bengal reboots.
