Offseason Head Coaching Hires (Thoughts?)

I'm going to be honest most of the new hires so far seem wildly underrated.

Redskins Hire HC Ron River, DC Jack Del Rio, and OC Scott Turner - I like most of these hires. Ron probably needed more experience at the OC position than the DC position being a good defensive oriented coach himself, but solid hires

Panthers hire HC Matt Rhule from Baylor for 7 years $60 million - This is a huge commitment for a hire risk college hire.

Giants hire HC Joe Judge WR coach from the Patriots - I don't like many Patriots coaches outside of Bill Bellichek.
