I'd personally rather we play Dalton for the beginning of the year and work Burrow into it. Unless we completely revamp the O-Line in 1 offseason, he'll be starting behind a complete joke of an O-Line... not good for his progression. I don't really care about Year 1 Burrow as he's not bringing home a Lombardi next year... Year 3 and onwards are much more important. I personally think easing him into it is better.
That said, does Dalton want to start knowing he's just keeping the seat warm, when he could be starting elsewhere? He might not want that. I believe he'd be a stand-up Pro regardless but if he wouldn't want to be here for that then we should trade him as early as possible.
