And start his coaching career 0-16 on the road?

He's 0-15 now. If anyone can do it...season. He's overcoming vivid too as there are no to small amounts of fans on the road!

I think if he starts 0-16 that he deserves another year so he has a shot at 0-24 or 25 if they make a 17 game season.

0-15-1 is pretty close. It may not be 0-16, but it's still winless.

Instead of giving Vegas its own team they should have had every team play one game a year there. Lots of NFL fans would have made the trip once a year .
