The word of the day is flexible. Seriously, he must have used some form of that word 3 dozen times

1) Not using the tag allows the team flexibility
2) They are flexible going into the draft
3) They are flexible going into free agency
4) They are looking at players who can be flexible

No real news...just that they are being flexible
