Bengals Bet
#1
So my preseason bet on the Bengals has turned out to be a very interesting bet.

$500 to win more than 6.5 games paid $1075.00
$200 to win AFC North paid $4200.00

Still to play out.
$100 to win AFC Championship will pay $5100.00
$200 to win Super Bowl will pay $20200.00

I always thought that if I got this far I would defintely hedge my bet.
The problem is now that it is this far I don't want to jinx anything and bet against the Bengals.
I am going to the game and I do feel pretty confident that we have a good chance to win.

I think I am just going to let it ride. I may even put more money down on the Bengals and take the points.

Would appreciate anyones take on this.

Don’t hedge. Hedging is for amateurs and you only have $300 left at stake anyway. You’re already way ahead at this point.

Definitely don't hedge. You're already way ahead and there's no reason to think they won't continue the trend. Congratulations.

Man those bets are great. I’d say just let it ride, you have already killed it.

Thanks for the input.
I think you are right I will let it ride.
It will make winning this week that much more enjoyable.

How about taking the Bengals and the points this week?

I imagine Joe Burrow and Zac Taylor will get Christmas cards in 2022
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

Especially if they win the SuperBowl. It has been a dream season so far. Like everyone on here I am not ready for it to end.
