Location: Robbing Grandmas Of The Covid Vaccine In Northern Kentucky-Greater Cincinnati
Quote:The Cincinnati Bengals are riding high heading into Super Bowl 56.
With only them and the Los Angeles Rams left standing to decide the champion of the NFL, the bandwagon for the Bengals is filling up quickly with opposing teams fans wanting to see the franchise take home their first title.
One former Bengals player, however is telling one fanbase they need to stay away.
Adam Jones joined 93.7 The Fan this this week to tell Steelers fans to stay away.
“We don’t want none of the Pittsburgh fans jumping on the bandwagon,” Jones said.
I'm torn on this because, while I want more people being fans of the Bengals, I also don't want "normal" people buying up seats in the crippled section!
I do agree that I don't want Steelers fans on the bandwagon, even if they're not stealing my seats, but I can see how a lot of Steelers fans in the area would suddenly jump on our bandwagon and be like "oh, I've been a fan all along!"
Steelers fans are worse than Yankees fans, and at least the Yankees don't play dirty or rape college babes.
Quote:They also asked him about the state of the AFC North heading into next season as well.
“They just got rid of Big Ben (Roethlisberger). Only people on our radar right now truthfully is the Ravens because they on and off. They defense needs to be a little better and keep the quarterback healthy through the playoffs, that’s the only thing about it, [Lamar Jackson] hasn’t been healthy through the playoffs.”
Jones’ comments about the Steelers should be no surprise to Bengals fans, as plenty remember the matchups between these two franchises.
When it comes to the AFC North next season, that will be a topic of discussion all offseason by local and national media.
Who replaces Big Ben? Will Lamar return to his MVP self? Can the Bengals maintain this success?
All of these will be questions posed, but at this moment, fans just want to watch the underdog come out and win the whole thing.
When Week 1 gets here next season, everyone will return to their own respective fandoms.
But in under two weeks, there will be a lot of people cheering on these Bengals.
I love how the Browns aren't even mentioned as a possible threat!
I do love that people are jumping on the bandwagon and the area should be pretty insane when we continue this success!
I don't care if we pick up fans nationwide, afterall it will result in better television time slots. And I'm not too worried about Browns fans, they are pretty stubborn not to leave "The Factory of Sadness" I really do not want the local Steelers bandwagoners jumping on and buying up tickets, just because if hte stadium becomes a regular sell out, prices will go up and tickets will be harder to get.

steeler and yankee fans tend to be the same people they were also heat fans when James was there
Why all the Pacman hate? Out of all the players on the team when he was here, he played with the most passion and fire. I do not blame him for going after Jerry Porter, Porter should not have been in our huddle. That's all on the ref who threw the flag on the wrong guy.

I don't hate Pacman.
Tough as nails and always stuck in high gear.
He just has that mouth like Apple. Cringe worthy.
Then there is the spitting on the nurse.
Adam adopts Henry's kids one moment and says/does dumb crap the next.
He's a mystery that's for sure.
As far as Porter? Yeah that guy should have been flagged/escorted from the field by refs. Stealers gonna Steal.

I suspect Adam is just a product of no upbringing coupled with CTE. Everyone I know that has met him says he's a nice guy. He just needs to ditch the alcohol, that seems to be the common factor in every piece of trouble he has gotten in to.
Pacman worked his ass off for this team and remains loyal to the Bengals in retirement. You can't say that for a lot of guys that have been here, although there are some coming back to the bandwagon now that there's some sunshine.
He's a flawed individual, but he seems to appreciate what the team did for him. I listen to his podcast with Wilcots from time to time, and he's always 100 percent ride or die with this team.
I don't give a single rip about what Steeler fans do with their rooting interests. I'm just happy that we're in the position for it to be an issue for a change.
I will take any new fan from any team. The more fans, the more road support, the better the possibility we sell out all home games and we saw a crowd can hlp us win against the Chiefs and Raiders.
I like Adam Jones, but he is wrong on this comment.
I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.
A LOT of steeler fans are professional bandwagoneers anyway so I have no issues with Pac's comments.. Those are the jerks who will crap all over a team the second something goes wrong, don't care.. They're narcissistic jerks for the most part anyway so screw em.. They only want to root for the first place team and pretend they're one of the club..

I gotta admit I did laugh about his "garbage" comment about Pryor.
Lol, I know he has had his probs but I still always liked the dude and he stands by the Bengals. Great Punt Returner, one of
the best ever and played with fire and was a damn good Corner for us. Say what you want about the man off the field but I
damn sure liked him being on my team.

I don't believe he spat on the nurse. She was trying to make some money on a civil case but it failed. Her private attorney lied about what the State Prosecutor was doing. Then the State Prosecutor came out and said that it was not his job to help a private citizen make money.
The criminal charges were dropped and I don't think the nurse ever got anything from the civil case.
