Pretty much every championship team also has indoor facilities. As do losing teams. The Bengals are pretty much by themselves on this.
So both sides can find examples to suit their narrative. But just know that when 31 teams have an indoor facility (or for the California teams, a domed stadium), some of those teams will have losing records.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
