Ok, in this poker group I play in on Facebook, I play hold'em but they recently started having a table of Pot Limit Omaha, which I never play.
Anyways, in the NLH games, people usually win a few hundred or lose a few hundred, no big deal.
I'll buy-in for 325 normally and generally win a few hundred (or even like just like 120 or 150) and I limit myself to two buy-ins, which I'll re-buy if I get down one or two hundred, so I usually only lose a few hundred in the rare times that I do lose.
However, there's all these new players that started playing PLO and they'll win or lose thousands at a time.
This one guy is down $10,000 in the past two days.
There's a few of the regular players that have also been playing at that table, so, my question is, are stakes higher at PLO even though it's pot limit?
Or are these just professional players that infiltrated our group?
