Is anyone questioning the Bucks OC yet? This offense should be mowing defenses down, yet they look pedestrian half the time out there, if that.

It's a little too late to do anything about it, now. However, I would suspect that Warinner's days are numbered. I always find it curious when teams DCs and OCs are also position coaches of the weakest position on the field. Ohio State is going to have to get their pass blocking down if they want to run the table.

They seemed to finally be clicking there a couple weeks ago, then well you know. They never really seemed to get comfortable today. Thing is they've ran out of tune up time. Next two weeks are the season, if they don't get it together now ???
A loss now and they're out no questions asked !

No repeat for the Bucks now. They need to fire the OC. He is terrible.

Can not believe that were held to 5 first downs and 140 total yards at home.
MIch St is good, but not that good.

Problem today was OSU O-line got their asses kicked and Mich St ran it right down the throat of their defense. They just got physically manhandled. If not for a c0ouple of lucky turnovers they would have gotten shut out. And with the raw talent that OSU has that just should not happen.

I think the OC or whoever decided the best way to attack them by challenging their D line and not their vulnerable secondary shoulders a good deal of the blame. How many times does JT have to run into a wall before you try something else? Apparently the answer is more than 50.

and now on to Ann Arbor and Jim Harbaugh.....This could be the start of something big, like the first game Woody coached against Bo, also in Ann Arbor.....Urban Meyer vs Jim Harbaugh could become legendary over the years. ...They both know THE GAME, as Woody and Bo would say. They know it's importance. Some coaches never did, and they got fired.
So, Buckeyes now have a loss on the schedule. Go to Michigan and WIN, and that is huge in this area. Michigan fans talk of some shutouts Michigan defense had this year, and say this is the year Buckeyes lose. Of course, Buckeye fans don't want to hear them celebrating a win over us during the holidays. The game has much to do with shutting up the relatives and people in blue shirts with the yellow M over the holidays. If the Buckeyes only lose 1 game, they will of course be invited to a very top notch bowl game. Many reasons to BEAT MICHIGAN. .....let the Meyer vs Harbaugh era begin.....( and who wants to lose to Michigan State and Michigan back to back weeks ??? That might be a first, and a bad first at that ).

There were NO answers at all from the coaches!

There's always last year. I'm not too disappointed because they've been priming us for this disappointment all season with their inconsistency against inferior competition. This team wasn't going anywhere and was probably the worst #3 team ever.
In a game in which you refuse to pass you give the ball to your Heisman candidate 13 times. Losing Tom Herman was huge.

The Bucks didn't just lose. It looks like the imploded.
Elliot called out the coaches and announced he would not return next year. Cordale also announced that this was his last year. When players announce they are leaving before the season is over it means they have already checked out. They are just thinking about NFL money and how to stay healthy. They don't care about Michigan and the bowl games.

Sorry Fred, but that loss is 100% on the play calling. Warriner has been suspect all season long, and against the bulk of the cupcake schedule, now comes a real opponent and he gets exposed. Their most successful drive came with 8 rushes to Elliot, and then he touches the ball 3 more times the entire game.

That is not a "playcalling" problem. That is a "getting your ass handed to you" problem. Elliott could have carried the ball 30 times and they still would not have won.

The loss was on a total lack of game plan, by the offensive coordinator. They have totally foregone the passing game, to the point when they do pass, everyone involved is so out of sync, that they cannot connect.
Folks can blame the OL, they did get their asses kicked. But, how hard is it to load up the box on a team that is going to run 85% of the time? Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations -Frank Booth 1/9/23

I don't blame the OC, I blame the HC. He has his nose in every game plan and play call, and he refuses to play to the strengths of the team. The ENTIRE season HE made the call for an ineffective Jones to run the offense and ignore the run game. As it stands, it is going to be difficult for him to recruit top tier QBs, in my mind, as they want to play in NFL systems, not the spread jet sweep option every play that Meyer runs.
