It seems when ever we face a team that has a significant contributor here ex J - Jo last night. This week it will be Gresh we seem to struggle because opponents tend to know our tendencies and concepts better than the rest this isn't as much of an issue for us as it would be for most because most of our players stay here. It should be addressed by coaching staff at some point.

No, you just think so because you recognize them. J-Jo has been a great player his entire career. The fact that he was a Bengal at some point doesn't mean much. J-Jo hasn't been a Bengal in 5+ years or something like that, I doubt he knows any of our tendencies better than any other player.
