Not that these guys are constantly watching the full game, but one thing I've loved with the mic'd ups this year is seeing the guys watching and cheering on their teammates playing the other side of the ball. Lots of players I've seen over the years seem completely uninterested if they're not on the field, but these guys just feel like a cohesive unit that care about each other. That mentality and support goes a long way to building success.
