Chrisman will be our punter going forward. Congrats on a great career in Cincinnati, Huber.

I think they had to this week.

I think we all saw this coming. The Bengals allowed him to break a Bengal's record for most games played.

TY Kevin Huber, you are one of the greatest punters in our history.

2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.

Yes. Chrisman was out of call ups, and they would have had to sign him or cut him (I believe).

My heart wanted him to stick around, but he really fell off hard.

The guy was around for Palmer and Chad. Dalton and Green. All the way to Burrow and Chase.

He was around for the worst parts of the Steelers rivalry, starting with him getting his jaw wired shut.

At least he made a Super Bowl.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

Really cool that he got to be part of last year's run.

Also, the unsung hero of the 2019 tankathon. His shanked punt in OT led to the Dolphins' win, guaranteeing the Bengals the #1 overall pick.

Yeah, I was just telling someone how long he had been around. He was a rookie in the 2009 divisional sweep. Goodness, that feels like forever ago. I was still in high school. Hate to see him go, but it was time.

Props to him for the great career but this is the right roster move.

… he's definitely retiring without playing for anyone else.

Anyways, sad to see him go, easily the best punter in team history.

I don't want Harris to go anywhere, but methinks that they may be going for a total youth movement at the specialist positions, for the foreseeable future: Adomitis was rough at first, but has settled down quite well.

No surprise and I'm sure he's not upset about finally being able to hang up the cleats and rest. He seemed tired this year. What a career and wish him the best on whatever's next.

We should invite him to be King of the Jungle our next home game.

Letting Huber go painful but necessary.

Shoulda happened at the beginning of the year for 2 reasons:

Christman was better

Ken Riley should have kept the record

WTS, best of luck to Huber

Really torn on this one.

Huber has been a total pro for us, and more often than not, has been a huge bright side on the ST unit. Recently though, he’s really fallen off a cliff, and with Chrisman playing as well as he has, it took the heart out of it and made the decision easy. Sad to see him go though.

Sad, but necessary. I think he'll be signed to the PS if no one claims him.

First class guy.  Can you imagine his life?  Plays HS ball in Cincy.  Goes to UC.  Gets drafted by the Bengals.  Plays in a Super Bowl for them.  If they win it all this year, he gets a ring.

Sad to see, but Chrisman just flat outplayed him during his call ups. Hopefully, he sticks out the year on the PS and gets a SB ring.
