I feel like assuming they get better/stay the same level the Bills, Patriots, Dolphins, and Jets are a strong division. Just not as tough.

I personally will wait until the season starts to predict a one seed. The Bengals have a tough schedule and I would be happy just getting into the playoffs. I expect Cleveland, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh will all improve.
