If that's what they are focused on, then shame on them. The entire team could get together and get a couple of luxury suites, and it would be like you or I spending 5 dollars each. Then if their wives need a place to nurse, they can go there. If there is not a team family room available, it's most likely because there is not a space at PayJoe for one. This reeks of being spoiled.

Guess what? It's not getting donated. It's not happening, so mentioning it is pointless. There are only two options that can happen:

A lot of players nowadays have a personal chef at their homes. What about a team chef? Hire him to make food on demand—with a variety of options.

I’m guessing if someone is hungry and the kitchen is closed it’s a chore to run out and grab something. It would be better team bonding to all gather around and get some food and stay in the facility.

I don’t know what the situation is with food though. Completely ignorant on this. But an F- as voted by the team isn’t good. The team is bringing in a lot more money than 3 years ago.

And I might add, in an absolute war zone. That field will be trash in 5 years. But, hopefully this means Louisville is getting moved into the Bengals market by the NFL like Lexington.

Apparently the Chargers fired their Head Trainer (F-, tied for last) and the Ravens fired their Strength Coach (F-, solo last place) since these surveys were taken. 

So these surveys/report cards apparently already had some affect on teams and thus the players who took it. Makes it seem like it was already a huge victory for the project.

Well if they fired them before the results were released then rhe survey had zero impact

He's not cheap, he's poor compared to the other owners. I will agree that it is unacceptable that there are no working toilets in the facility.

The issues the players brought up with the Bengals are fixable but the issues brought up by Chiefs' players are institutional.  PLayers will come to a winning team who won't provide supplements.  Teams that take health for granted makes them think twice, even if they are Super Bowl Champs

I disagree as evident that the Chiefs sign free agents and have obviously experienced success. There are only so many jobs available in the NFL. Whatever NFLPA rankings are applied isn't going to make a player "think twice" if the contract is right or they need a job.

Very insightful. I was reading on a Chiefs fan site and they were quite surprised. It's possible that prior to this survey, these facts were not widely known, because, as this Chiefs site notes, "Burkholder is typically pained in such a positive light."  Here is the site's summary:

"those issues were just part of a more frustrating larger picture in which the Chiefs come up short in important categories, including the way they handled injuries. The Chiefs ranked dead last in the NFL in the “training staff” category with specific critiques from players centering on head trainer Rick Burkholder. The report notes that players felt “discouraged from reporting their injuries” and “fear retribution for speaking up for better care”. Players also said the Chiefs failed to have enough certified athletic trainers on hand.

"While the Chiefs were among the worst teams in nearly every category, it’s this area that’s the most concerning given that player safety should be of paramount importance for the team—winning or not. It’s frankly a bit shocking to read these sorts of accusations since Burkholder is typically painted in such a positive light and the positivity in Arrowhead is notable enough for players to want to come and be a part of it. Perhaps winning does cure everything.

"It will be interesting to see how the Chiefs and other organizations respond to the survey—again, the first of its kind. Tretter expressed that the NFLPA is hoping information leads to action and the Chiefs could likely make a few key changes or updates and alter these grades considerably with more personnel and better accommodations or stadium upgrades. For now, however, the Chiefs aren’t ranked among the best in the NFL at something—the first time we’ve seen this in a long time."
