All these improvements, we're finally becoming a respectable franchise in that aspect!

Let's hope all these things helps to improve the players' mindsets, attracts free agents, and just improves overall play!

People will say that this is in response to that recent survey, but the dates of the approved work was long before it.

I really like the improvements and the more incentive for the guys to be in the stadium, get in extra work, extra recovery, extra treatment, all adds up to more wins.  Well done, Bengals.
