Lou had said it would be a 'dark day' if they lost both Bates and Bell, because of all they did (on the field, practice, and locker room), but he is looking for a solution in free agency.

He wasn't bashing the organization or the players but rather commenting on the reality that he lost two talented players that he valued. The "in the locker room" comments are always interesting since us fans don't get to always observe the players who emerge as team leaders.

Nice thread Pulses. It is true that we have seen a lot of all these Safeties since college and now in the NFL and we can see which
ones fit the best to replace Vonn and complement Dax Hill who is a great talent. I trust Lou to keep this Secondary one of the best. He is great with the Secondary. Honestly, it is great that Lou is back, if we had another DC or even Bettcher as DC right now I would be more prone to panic. None of that with Lou Anarumo.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive. Sorry for Party Rocking! |
