RB Chase Brown
CB DJ Ivey
DE Joseph Ossai
IOL Trey Hill
OL Jackson Carman

D'Ante Smith won the back up tackle job for both sides
Max Scharping backing up both guard and center

Kept all 5 DTs active to deal with the running game

Not too surprising to see Brown inactive.
You can always trust an dishonest man to be dishonest. Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to look out for.

I don't think so.  I think he lost the ST battle, which is important for any guy who isn't the starter.  Besides, it was no secret that Henderson was going to be the second RB.

I have a feeling that the RB spots will be fluid all season as Brown hopefully continues to improve

I do wish Brown was active but it may be that Williams is the better pass protection back right now.

I was expecting Carman to chip in on heavy sets at least until LC came back. So I guess that's... Scharping today? Can't imagine Smith gets the call since that's not really his forte.

Or maybe it is now. Who knows. We'll see.

Let's go

Jackson Carmen slipping further out of the fold. Not shocking, he just doesn’t seem to get it. Chase brown will get his chances but l think this is right call for the moment.
