They had kind of a down year last year, but the whole defense did. That said, firmly in the 7-12 range.

I've got them the same. Just above the middle of the pack. I really like Logan Wilson and Pratt has come up big in big situations... On a side note; I completely forgot that Patrick Queen signed with Pittsburgh.

Call me a homer on this one, but I honestly think this is a Top 6 unit. Wilson is elite, Pratt is a high end starter that elevates his play in big games, and the depth behind them is solid. Down year last year, but even Lou admits that was due to the unrest in the secondary.

I had forgotten that too. I'm probably a little bit higher, around 8ish. Logan is a bona fide ballhawk at LB. Like you said, Pratt seems to come up big time in the biggest situations.

I don't know about Top 10 in terms of skill, but definitely Top 10 in terms of how they fit this team. Their durability and consistency are second to none. They bring the lunchpail every game, often step up in the clutch, and you're never thinking about replacing them. They're stabilizing forces. Not to mention their continuity adds even more value. It's not like Lou's having sleepless nights worried about what they're gonna do next. In that sense they make everyone's lives easier, both on and off the field.

I honestly think that they might be elite in terms of coverage ability.
