#21
They could also be second, third, or last place after week one.

really changed things up and I don't know what is going on there right now. The Chiefs should beat the Ravens and the
Browns could easily lose to the Cowgirls. But yeah, I think we are the most likely team to win in week 1 against the Pats.

We will see, I like our chances starting out 1-0 anyways and in the lead.

Falcons have a real QB now and he's surrounded by weapons on all 3 levels; London, Pitts and Bijan Robinson. Picking up Judon didn't hurt their defense either.

We have a real chance to open things up at the start of the season instead of playing catch-up, and him not participating or playing could really mess that up. Chiefs and Ravens, someone's getting a loss and helps us either way. If the Ravens win, and the Bengals win week 2, then they're two games up on KC right out of the gate. The Steelers won't be a factor and this may be Tomlin's first losing season. Who knows what happens in Cleveland with that S-show. The AFCN should be a race between Cincy and Baltimore this year.

I agree. I think his actions are going to hurt him in the long run. Not a good look.

It's all about ME and how big of a contract I can get for ME. All the nonsense talk just a few years ago about how players will want to sign with the Bengals to have the chance to play with Burrow was comical. Just a few that left for MORE MONEY and worse teams, Bell, Awuzie, Perine, Hurst, Williams. I know Bell is back but only because he didn't cost them much if any and he is several years older and a bit slower now.

When I think about it actually maybe the players and agents are the smart ones in all this as the NFL head office has nearly succeeded in ruining what the Super Bowl actually represents. Now it's all about the pre, halftime and post game circus event that always has the strangest weirdos doing whatever they do. It seems more time is wasted on this nauseating circus act than the game itself.

Mike Brown was all about buying up all the shares before ever trying to win. Owners are the same way.

Oh yeah, they got Cousins now huh? Could actually be a Playoff team now with him and those weapons. Bijan is probably the RB I
expect to be the next great one with his balance. Was on team Pitts back in the day and Drake London is pretty good himself. After
hearing this they could definitely beat them stealers if they can slow down their running game.

Interesting Arthur Brown going against his old team. Hopefully the stealers are one dimensional this year.

If owners are the same way and they may very well be then the SB doesn't look to be the ultimate goal it's cracked up to be then is it? I mean they'll take it and play in it but the real goal is that guaranteed multi-year contract that resets the players position market. It has become the big TV entertainment extravaganza monster generating billions for owners and players  with a little football sprinkled in creating the regular season.

Hell, our own rookie kicker then, supposedly was watching the halftime SB circus instead of being with the team where he should have been at halftime.

I mean I never thought hard about that, maybe the kicker has nothing to do at half time (has no say/etc). Seems odd any other non kicking position wasn't in the locker room with the teammates.

I've said this before, if you don't like the drama you don't have to watch. Most kids are'nt about winning anymore. I accept it & move on. I watch the games, no more. I'd prefer the 80s NFL presentation over what we get now, but it is what it is. Year round NFL is too much.

Well this didn't age well. It appears the team everyone picked to lose the AFC North may be the only one to win

Mike Tomlin is poised to have another non-losing season.
