We always joke about this but this really is embarrasing. I’ve been a fan of this team my entire life (51) what is the real reason why we completely suck against rookie/back up QB’s. Is it lack of film, preparation, arrogance??? It’s been this way through multiple coaches. Other teams chomp at the bit going against these guys, not us. We don’t just make these guys look good, I’m talking record setting good. Can anyone explain this? wtf is going on with this franchise.

And this has been a 2 regime issue...Regime meaning Marvin and Zac. Marvin Lewis had issues with rookie QBs too.

We alway have to fear rookie QB’s. Never pay anyone any mind who says otherwise.

I feel like the coaches sit back and hope they'll make rookie mistakes. The problem is that type of play will give the rook confidence which becomes contagious to the team. 

I also feel other teams put more pressure on rookie QBs with blitzes and other defensive packages to force errors.
