Yes, CTB was good until he talked shit and got banged up. He has looked rough the last 2 games.

To be fair, Dalton still had that same smile every time he threw an incompletion as well.  God, how I don't miss that shit anymore.  It's like, "What the hell is so goddamned funny?!?!"Pissed

I remember him doing it during the 3 interception Texans playoff game. Gaah

He started to play really well the towards the end of the 22 season, too. He was probably our best player in the divisional round against Buffalo. And then this offseason he was very vocal about wanting to step up and be a leader for the young guys in the secondary. He organized a trip for that whole group iirc.

This whole situation with him right now is just really weird. Poor tackling is one thing, but I never had him struggling in coverage to the point he’s pulled out of games on my bingo card.

As we say, pay attention to how people act, they can say anythang. Lou's behavior is untrustworthy, you cannot trust the defense to make a stop at any point and rather surprised when it happens once a game.

He had the one great play against KC other than that he's been BAD all year.  57 PFF is horrible.

60.6 actually.

And he has not been “BAD” all year. He was literally the highest graded CB in coverage through the first couple weeks (88.6 coverage grade, 83.5 overall).

Not everyone takes life super seriously. I certainly don't. Football is a game, not life and death.
