The real question is how pissed are the offensive players?  The entire world knows the defense is playing awful.  As a coach, not sure how you would manage this scenario in the locker room?

Thanks, did not know that the first down call was a pass.  But that's only first down.  Joe is way too much of a gamer to check into two more runs. 

Regarding the locker room, this is where your captains have to step up.

I think it was 2nd down when the pass was called.  Third down run seemed to be to set up Evan at midfield.
