Barkley is the most talented though and that is our next battle. Love seeing our D come around and shutting up some of these neg trolls.
Barkley had almost 200 yards today.

This game is 100% different if we weren't squatting on a 7 point lead for the entire first half. Charlie Jones was our only offense when the offense didn't feel like showing up.
We also won by just 7 points, and that's with the Browns missing 2 kicks (4 points).
Jones deserves this game ball.

Zac must want to spread out the game balls because Trey didn’t get one (again). He could have one almost every friggin week. Hubbard got one (ok nice catch but other than that…) and Rankins got one.
I think they just expect it from Trey at this point - 2 sacks and the only guy who is really getting to the QB with any regularity.
Maybe all coaches do this but Zac gives out game balls like a fan - Int thrown right to you by a crappy QB = game ball or if you recover a fumble even if you’re getting blocked 3 yards downfield it’s a game ball. I know those are big plays but a lot of times the guy getting the ball is just on the right place at the right time and the guy who causes the turnover gets no love.
Anyways let’s just give Trey a game ball every week and vote for the second one.

A name we did not hear today, which is sometimes a good thing - Amarius Mims.

He had a good return but that was a huge hole he ran through. I still think he needs to be replaced. He offers nothing as a WR and is a fairly mediocre kick off/punt returner although he did a good job today on the TD

I gave it to Jones, his TD changed the complexion of the game and gave momentum to Bengals.

I'm going to go with Charlie Jones. For all of the crap I have given him for not doing much, he really came through and set the tone for the day. When he picks a direction and runs in a straight line, he's really effective. When he attempts to "make a move" he's really ineffective. Someone should probably mention that to him.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

I went with Chuck Sizzle ... we needed a fast start and he certainly delivered - i think if we get behind in that game it could have gone the way of all the others.
Plus , i gave him sh*t in another thread about his lack of explosives so happy to eat crow on that :)

Yeah, he has me sweating myself. Saquon when healthy can run over the best Defense and ours isn't the best for sure.
I do like what I am seeing from BJ Hill and the younguns in Jenkins and McKinnley but this is the biggest running threat we have seen this year
as Nick Chubb is still coming off that bad knee injury.

I guess the Bengals are going to stack the line to try and stop Saquon and then we pray DJ Turner doesn't get a PI against Brown or Smith on man-to-man coverage?

All deserving. Trey was a monster, Higgins was tough as nails, Charlie had an amazing finish to his 100 yard run.
But I have to give Ford some love given what he had to do. Thought he'd be a total fail, but he got the job done.
Lot of love to go around

He still had to run through it, keep hold of the ball, evade the tacklers, and keep his balance long enough to fling himself into the end zone. What he hasn't done as a WR or during any other game is meaningless. It's a game ball, not a season game ball. All that matters is what he did yesterday: broke a foot off in the collective ass of the Browns and establish a lead the team would never relinquish. That's game ball worthy to me any day. Your mileage may vary.

Well, that about sums it up if our DL cannot hold up against that great OL.
This will be a tough task and I don't see us underestimating this team. Should be a close game as long as we don't let Barkley take over.

I think our now healthy D-line is a lot better than people are giving them credit for.

Who hasn't given the healthy D-line credit?
