Like I said last week, if Andrew Whitworth were to ever witness something like that, he would have likely speared the guilty party in the back and come up swinging.

Ate too much glass, taking a nap.

I'm talking about putting Lee in at Center and putting Karras in for Volson. Get Burton at least 50% of the WR2 snaps going forward (this team isn't going to the playoffs, might as well get Burrow and Burton on the same page). Activate McLaughlin and start playing him, see what he's got to offer for the future.  Defensively, give Murphy the bulk of Hubbard's snaps, Sam ain't doing anyone any good continuing to hobble around out there, anyway. Jordan Battle should get extensive time at both Safety positions, as Stone nor Bell are the future in that secondary. Lastly, get Jenkins and Jackson as many reps as possible to prepare them for next year.

This season is in the shitter as far as playoff aspirations go, but plenty of time to look at the younger guys and see if they have what it takes to become strong contributors going forward.

They're not going to do any kind of experimenting until they're mathmatically eliminated.

Yes. After all the punishment this guy has taken, he's still got it.

He wants to keep his job so he’s not going to do this even though they should.

Your right, it's not. The players are going to be talked up through the next 2 weeks and be convinced coming out of the bye that they are going to win out. As long as theirs a snowballs chance, unnecessary risks are going to be taken. Zac has proven he's capable of letting his ego take priority over the better of the team, or else he would have given up play calling and made remarkable strides to continue to improve this squad. But, he hasn't. If it's a FO thing, then he needs to take the players stance and start speaking up. This is his team, and he's pissing it away.
