Who Would You Keep

I mean, I guess they could work out a "tag and trade" scenario with another team, but that team would likely have to think that Tee is worth that 2nd franchise tag value of around $26M AAV.

No team is gonna pay him $26 million per year to play half the games. We're letting him walk. Tee might be stuck here for cheap because of his hamstring.....hopefully.

The Bengals are not going to cut guys on rookie contracts unless they get squeezed out by draft picks or incoming FA's, so no real reason to speculate, there.

We have 22 players due to be FA's, though safe bet they tender Adomitis as a RFA and both Rehkow and Kirkland as ERFA's.

The other 19 are...

Higgins
Hill
Hilton
Brown
ADG
Marco Wilson
Gesicki
Irwin
Ford
Ossai
Hudson
Bachie
Bell
Trayveon
Tufele
Cam Sample
D'ante Smith
Herbert
Evans

I might be able to be convinced to keep BJ and Hilton at the right price.  Ford and ADG may make sense as cheaper depth resigns.  Bye to the rest.

Current guys on vet contracts that need cut ..

Cappa
Rankins
Hubbard

That's why I prefaced that statement with "I guess" as an indication that it's technically possible, yet noting my skepticism as to that actually happening.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

am no OSU homer. Is Higgins related to Tee? I haven't been able to watch Iowa State this year. Trey Harris leads the SEC in Receiving
last I heard and seems to fit exactly what we will need.

I'm not sure if he is or not but he's 6'4 215 runs 4.4 4.5 has 77 catches for 1077 yards this year  and 8 TD's
Here is his highlights from 2023
