I Hate Northern KY Weather

I've said a bunch of times how much I hate the weather in Northern KY/Greater Cincinnati because it can be 90 one day and snowing the next.

Today, I'm playing poker on my phone. I start at a cash table with a hundred dollar buy-in and I'm up about forty bucks.

I get dealt aces from early position and I just call. It's dangerous considering everyone else could just call and then I let in a bunch of card chasers and random hands that could easily outdraw me.

There's only 1 or 2 callers before it gets to the button and then the button raises, which it's only ten but I'm thinking that will clear out the card chasers. It gets to the big blind and he raises to 35, which I'm like "hell yeah, I can push here and win about 50 or one (or both) calls and I likely double up!

I hear lightning and my ap starts freezing while it's on my turn and a card pops up going through the suits and, by the time it gets connected, my hand had been folded.

I hate weather in this area because it likely cost me a few hundred dollars.
