4:25pm games thread
#81
After all the good feelings of 5 straight wins (vs almost entirely bad teams), I think the scenario we see today should re-open discussion about coaching changes.

Things got back on track. It seemed to erase a lot of criticism. I think that temporary reprieve ends tomorrow if things continue the way they are in these games.

You cannot watch the KC defensive line and tell me with a straight face that theyre trying, even in the slightest

Not if the refs have anything to say about it.

Rodgers is playing like he's been vaccinated against success.

Aaron Rodgers looks almost as bad as Carson Wentz.

Chiefs are not 15-1 good... too much help at the end of the game. Realistically a fair whistle or a bounce another way they are a 9-10 win team.

Who cares? Make it or not our team didn't lay down after the bad start. They left it all out there on the field. Does the team need upgrades? Of course they do - the bad start evidenced that abundantly. I still want Lou gone based on coaching issues. But that does not change that they did win 5 straight and did end the closest to the right way that was available to them.

And that'd be a whole lotta not their choice if we'd have done enough to take it out of their hands. So it goes.

Maybe if KC loses 40-0 the NFL would say something about the blatant throwing of a game.
