He has been fired after his third season and a record of 4-13 in 2024.  He went 9-8 in his previous 2 seasons at Jacksonville resulting in one division title in 2022 and a wildcard playoff win against the Chargers that same season followed by a loss to the Chiefs in the divisional round.
