Injured prospects
#1
Here is my relatively short list of players who are injured a may not work out before the draft.  Even if they do, they may not be 100%. Do these injuries take them off your 1st round and/or 2nd round board?

Jihaad Campbell: Torn labrum surgery after combine.  Lots of tape on his play and shoulder injuries for Lbs aren’t great but not horrible either.

Will Johnson: Missed multiple game with turf toe and the combine and pro day with a hamstring injury. Hopes to work out for teams in Aptil.

Josh Simmons: Play was very good pre-injury so everyone seems to be ignoring patella tear recovery with no workouts.

Jalon Walker: Quad strain kept him out of combine and pro day workouts. Plans private workout in April.

Shavon Revel: ACL rehab is allegedly going well; he’s been timed at 21 mph on the treadmill.   Won’t be medically cleared until summer.

Benjamin Morrison: Hip injury and surgery ended 2024 early, and has previous hip injury in high school and shoulder surgery in spring 2024.  No workout is planned before draft.

IMO Campbell and Walker are on the Bengals Board and CB is a sneaky need with CTB and Hill on last year of respective contracts.  I gotta say it does for me (at least at pick 17) with Morrison getting pushed all the way to Rd. 3.

I was listening to Sirius interview Lane Kiffen today and they were talking about all the draftable players coming out of Ole Miss.

The player he raved most about was Tre Harris/ WR

I hope Campbell and Walker gets pushed down due to injury.  To me, these 2 fit the bill for Golden's Viper the most with the least amount of character red flags (Pearce).

I think that the injured players should be off the Bengals board because they NEED a 1st round hit that can come in and produce from day 1, after so many misses in recent years.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

I'd add COLSTON LOVELAND TE to the list.
