I've seen Green more in the mold of Josaiah Stewart, a pass rushing OLB who could struggle defending the run against NFL OL.

Not exactly I was talking more about Stewart above Green and Mykel stacked above Ezeiruaku & Pearce. Dane then has guys like JT Tuimoloau, Landon Jackson, Jordan Burch, Jack Sawyer above the next set of DPRs Umanmielen, Josaiah Stewart, Bradyn Swinson.

I did read Stewart has the best average time to first pressure last season with 2.43 seconds so he can be very disruptive, needs to get better at finishing.

Stewart screams Myles Murphy in a realistic/worst-case sense, Jadeveon Clowney is probably the hope.
Clowney obviously did not live up to 1st overall hype, never reaching 10 sacks in a season in his career.

We'll see what Golden wants to prioritize, but if it's pass rush, Stewart is too risky IMO.
But if Bengals do select Stewart, I expect they will focus more on improved run defense and ok with someone who needs more development and has more risk when it comes to rushing the passer.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs

Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Green wouldnt be my first choice.  I would take Pearce over Green and I wouldnt take either one of them with the 17 pick.  I think Green and Pearce would be better options for a late 1st or early 2nd round draft pick, not a mid first round draft pick

Character concern for Walter Nolen mentioned is changing schools.

Thanks Synric. Walter Nolen is looking more and more likely to me, second only to Emmanwori in my eyes right now at 17. Changing schools
isn't really a character concern to me. We will see how he interviews, we are clearly interested and he would be our best pass rushing 3-tech
the moment we pick him IMO. A pass rushing 3-tech is what this Defense is really missing to help out Trey and our Ends.

If we like Xavier Watts, I could see us passing on Emmanwori, drafting Nolen and hoping Watts falls to us in the 2nd. Get a Guard in the 3rd.
