For sh*ts and giggles I asked CHatGPT, Grok and Gemini who will be the pick in Rd 1:
ChatGPT- seemed to lean James Pierce
Grok - Kenneth Grant
Gemini - leaned Jihad Campbell
Personally, i'm warming up to Campbell

Isn't he injured and won't be ready for the beginning of the season?

Of thosec3, I take Campbell.
Donovan Jackson completely dominated Pearce in the CFB POs, andctgere are red flags. A hard no on him.
Grant is interesting, but I worry about him since hexwas playing next to Graham. How will he do if HE is the one getting doubled? Plus, we'd have 3 NTs + Hill & Jenkins. Almostctoo much NT/run stuffers and not enough 3T/pass rush guys at DT.
Campbell I like a ton. But the injury worries me some. I wonder if we coukd move down & still get him. Would that mean the end of Pratt? If we could get a late pick AND use that $$ to fill another hole (Blackmon/Simmons at S, Hernandezor Scherff or Risner at G, Smith at DE, etc) I would be fine with it.

I asked grok just now and got a different answer: jt trumelo
Doesn’t seem like a reliable predictor.

I have been listening to the mocks on Sirius radio that pat kirwin and Jim miller do. Grant has gone ahead of graham every time, and I think always in the top 10. Draft sites routinely have graham higher, fwiw.

Oddly enough, that makes him MORE LIKELY to be the Bengals pick.

The whole team won't be ready for the beginning of the season.

It does suck because he can play, but it would be a wasted 1st rd pick this year.

Of the players mentioned I would take Grant myself, but we didn't meet with him so maybe he isn't on our radar so I would go Jihad
with Pearce's character concerns. I know Jihad won't be able to play right away but he is a special player that could make an immediate
impact as a rookie as he can rush the passer, drop into coverage and stop the run in elite fashion. We don't have a LB like him, maybe
Wilson but he hasn't been good the last few years and is banged up a lot.

It is only the start of the season he is expected to miss, so it might not be a wasted pick this year. If he plays, Jihad should play a lot with
his skillset, he is a 3 down LB unlike Pratt.

I'm all about this guy. He's flexible and did a really good job against top competition at two positions. I'm desperate to finally give Joe a solid pocket. I would not be disappointed with Grant or Campbell though.

I would be for Donovan Jackson if we traded back and grabbed him for sure. Not only would he be a solid Guard right off the bat, he can play OT.
Still, I have a feeling from what players we have met with that they want a Tackle that can play Guard, we will see. This hasn't worked out well for
them in the past with dudes like Carman, but it did with Whit of course.
