...who apparently is no longer tasked with leaking our first round pick.

So what do you think the Bengals do at #17?

My inner Speedy continues to whisper that their preferred choice at 17 is Mike Green -- although they might settle for Mykel Williams or Shemar Stewart. They will then auction off Trey for a 2 and whatever else they can get. They use their two second round choices on an OL and (gasp) one of the Ohio State RB's, and pick up an LB in round 3.

You heard it here first.

My gut at this point is that the Bengals will select Mykel Williams.

Stewart screams the pick if the handful of really good picks are gone. Unless they trust Golden to use a speed rusher like Green, they prioritize balance at end and Tobin had the quote about projectiojn vs production. I'm about done with a compromise mock where they trade back with so many similar ranked players and they can go many directions.

Personally, I think it’s down to three prospects. Walter Nolan, Mykel Williams and Shemar Stewart. Nolan I think will be gone so I think our pick is likely to be whoever is left between Shemar and Mykel. My guess is Mykel but I wouldn’t be surprised either way.

I'm hoping for one of the DTs (Nolan/Harmon), Campbell(LB), Safety from S Carolina, or a T/G combo guy. I think if they go DE tonight, the odds of trading Trey for a 2nd rounder+ goes up big time.
