Today's Quote That Has Me Crying........
#1
I'm not supposed to post much on Facebook at all because of this lawsuit that's coming from me being hit by that truck, so sorry that you all have to read this.

I've been randomly crying when I hear or see certain things since I got hit, which it's weird because I've cried more in the past month than I have since the first wreck that crippled me when I was fifteen.

I was listening to Tupac, and it's a song I've heard a billion times, but his line in the song was "bury me smilin............"

I don't know why I've never really paid attention to that part of the song, but that's how I want people to see me and remember me.

BURY ME SMILING

Thanks brother!

Hopefully I'm over the hardest part but my body's still healing, so I appreciate the prayers!

I read Mickey's update that you may have to go back to the rehab center and the difficulties you've been having. It's tough to rehab when other parts that require function are banged up, too. You're going to get there, my friend. The most important part of your recovery is staying positive. Which, you seem to be doing well, and that's a lot of the battle. When it gets tough, just remind yourself, it won't be like this forever.

That's the main thing that's keeping me going right now.

The rehab center would especially suck, especially because, like I think I mentioned in the other thread, I can't get internet service in there (there's was slower than 90's dial-up and my cellular data wasn't working in there) so I'm stuck watching basic cable with typically no one around.

Hopefully we can get rehab people to come here to do the same thing that I'd do in a week there, which would make more sense since the whole point of rehab would be to make sure that I can live a life more safely in my place, and hopefully I can keep improving enough to maybe even make it to Bengals games.

I appreciate the words because they do have me smiling, which is a nice thing to have happening right now!
