What Free Agents do you Want to Retain
#61
Sign 'em:
Reggie Nelson (2 year deal, say.. 2yr/$12-14m?)
Adam Jones (2 year deal, 2yr/$13m)
Wallace Gilberry (1 year deal, dunno, 1yr/$2m)

Conditional:
Leon Hall (if he can be brought back for a reasonable slot corner contract.. 2yr/$7m?)
Marvin Jones (only if you can get him for $4.5-5.5m/yr, don't overpay)
George Iloka (only if you can get him for $6.5-7m/yr, I just don't think he's worth top safety money at like $9-10.5m/yr)
Vinnie Rey (so long as nobody tries to Dan Skuta him and you can get him for backup LB money 2yr/$3-3.5m)

Sign Marvin Jones.. overpay some with the lack of WR in the market but don;t break the bank
Sign Ikoka before Nelson .. youth vs age difference big time
Rey is a must sign especially if you get him for a good price..

Let go
Gilberry.. time has past him by
Hall unless he takes a nice paycut
Nelson:  too old for the $$ he will want

Not Sure
Jones:  Might be time to let the circus act go to another town... especially if he wants top dollar at his age

Bring back either Iloka or Nelson depending on price...

Adam, Mo, Hall (on a restructured contract), Gilberry

Let MLJ go if he wants #1 WR money. Too bad, special player but we could get Rishard Matthews or Travis Benjamin
to replace most of what he did if not more cause Benjamin can also return kicks. The Draft also helps fill the holes left
from FA. Just open up the damn Draft by filling the holes before hand.

We have to bring back at least 1 of MLJ and Iloka, ideally both. Incredibly talented and young players. They deserve to be rewarded for what they have done for this team. We gave them the platform taking them in the 5th now lets extend them.

One WR of Iloka/Nelson (pref Iloka)
One CB of Jones/Hall (pref Jones)
One WR of Jones/Sanu (pref Jones but not over $6 mill per year)
Vincent Rey

Ready to move on from Andre Smith, Brandon Thompson, Brandon Tate, Emmanuel Lamur.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!
