I have not done the math but just looking at it I have a hard time believing the average is going to be greater than the highest season total.

Leon has no pro-bowls or accolades (at least Whit made it once), 24 career int's is "meh". He was solid is coverage for several years, but not exactly on a Sherman/Revis level. He's really fallen off over the last couple years, so the longevity really isn't there.
Don't get me wrong, I think Leon had a good career. I just don't think of him as an all-time great. I'm sure that's not a popular opinion, but that's how I see him.

As far as stats go I am pretty certain that the NFL goes by their numbers not other reporting agencies.

Pro Bowls in this day and age are a joke and appearances in them count for absolutely nothing. Sorry just how it is.

No biggie brotha! We just see him a little differently. I hate Michigan, so I wanted to hate him. But his play made me absolutely love him.

Hall stats are misleading because he missed two seasons due to injury. If he never got hurt were probably talking HOF like credentials.

Hall has been a solid player, and maybe even had a couple pro bowl caliber seasons, but you're getting carried away. At no point during his career was he ever considered among the elite at his position.

As far as covering the slot, he was elite there for a little bit.
But no, never HoF worthy even if he did stay 100% healthy.

The point is that there are obviously discrepancies with the numbers and sometimes NFL.com gets it wrong. I find it extremely hard to believe that in a season where Tory picked off 8 passes, he only had 5 pass deflections. As much as he was around the ball, it's just not likely.
I agree on the Pro Bowl, but what about other accolades? The best of the best tend to get recognized at least sometimes. Even Whit has a Pro Bowl and a couple PFF all-pro nods. I think Hall has been very good for most of his career. Maybe borderline great. I just never viewed him as a top 5 elite guy. I understand why some folks on a Bengals board would disagree.

Look at his 2009 season again.
