What's funny is that he is going to miss the White House trip and he was the no a vocal about wanting to go see Obama before he leave office.

See post #3. He got 6 games and the palyoffs. And it was the NFL not the state.

Now the latest is he said he was at a park and too intoxicated to remember anything.

I wouldn't think a tyrant like Obama would let a man who has the guts to exercise his 2nd amendment like Talib in the White House, anyways! Ninja

PB got jail time due to New Yorks laws....

Talib said he was very intoxicated....  Which I believe is against conceal carry laws everywhere.  if he even had a permit to carry his weapon.  he could very well be facing jail time as well.

Quote:ESPN has set forth the menu of potential criminal charges for Talib: (1) carrying a weapon in public without a license into a place that sells alcohol is a Class 3 felony; (2) possessing a weapon while intoxicated is a Class A misdemeanor; and (3) discharging a weapon in public is a Class B misdemeanor.

Well at least he wasn't drunk, in church on Sunday with a concealed weapon which in South Carolina is a requirement.
