EDIT: Nizoj's post in another thread helped me figure it out.  It is Burfict!!!  The team site has him on the 53 instead of suspended list.

DC said that Dawson was cut because late to meetings and did not carry himself as a pro.  Lack of effort to prepare. I think the altercation was colt game but not sure. The altercation could have sealed his fate.
