I think the key moving forward will be using less of the strange formations and pre snap movement plays. We are doing far too much before the ball is snapped in comparison to after. A few plays here and there are great, doing it most the game is just not working.
The drives that have been successful this year have been from conventional formations and looks, at least from what I have seen. Today for instance, the first drive was a thing of beauty. Goldylocks was leading the way and Hill looked great. By the end of the game we were moving everyone around, starting in shotgun and really making a mess of things before the play even started.
Just something I've noticed that I attribute to the offense sputtering. Denver is a great D, we did ok. Still, I think we could benefit from focusing on other areas instead of the presnap game.
