Very cool. Nice to see Carson and Chad come together to give the new 9 & 85 duo some love.
Made me smile. ThumbsUp

Hilarious LMAO Hilarious LMAO

As much as I can't stand Palmer, I still love Chad and have to think that was pretty cool.  I also wonder what it feels like to be, what, 37?  And be retired.

Gotta love Chad being Chad. I wonder what he had to do to get Carson on the video.

Not arguing that Burrow hasn't played better in his first 4 games compared to Palmer, but....

Average QB Stats
2004: 59.8% Completion, 210.5 passing yards/gm, 7.1 YPA, 1.4 TD/gm, 1.0 INT/gm, 82.8 QB Rating
2020: 66.7% Completion, 249.8 passing yards/gm, 7.5 YPA, 1.8 TD/gm, 0.8 INT/gm, 96.5 QB Rating

It's kind of pointless to compare QB stats from different eras.

That's just jealousy of Palmer is all it is . . . He did what almost every Bengal fan wants to do but can't.

Tell Mike Brown "**** you" and then just walk away.

I can 'kind of' understand how some people think he walked away from them, but I can also admire Palmer for saying "I'm done with this crap, see ya."

Exactly. There's a Hobs article on .com and Carson talks about how much he loves the fans of Cincy and hope the best for them, etc.

I never took it that he walked out on the fans, just, as you said, eff you to MB. People always want others to take a stand to effect change. He did and gets tons of ridicule for it.

Was it me or was Joe kind of like "who the **** are these two?!"

Hilarious Hilarious

I appreciate Carson and Chad saying that and, honestly, Joe and Tee's connection had me seeing Carson and Chad out there!

They both kind of look like their counterpart!

Joe didn't seem as similar with the way he throws as Tee is with the way Carson threw, but Tee running routes was similar to Chad, IMCO!

LOVED IT and I love that they're cheering us on!

I was always on Carson's side. I believe him not coming out and saying why he wanted to be traded is what caused a lot of fans to turn on him. He let it slip during the 2012 media call when we played Oakland. He mentioned ownership before trying to drive the conversation into another direction. He opened up more in 2015 during our game against the Cardinals and then finally opened up on his Football Life special. By that time, the majority of the fan base had turned on him.

I think if he would've said something along the lines of "Ownership and I aren't on the same page of how to improve the team" after the 2010 season, more fans would've accepted his decision.
You can always trust an dishonest man to be dishonest. Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to look out for.

Fair enough. On the other hand, just looking at the two, carson had a season AND a preseason. And a better team around him. He still had things going in the right direction. That makes me feel good about Joe and where the team is heading.
